Name, address, zip code, telephone number, fax number if any, e-mail address. If you use a credit card when purchasing please enter your card number and the expiring date – Purchase by credit card is a secure way of shopping, as we use a SSL server. It is a safe server with
an encryption key approved by PBS. We will not receive information about your credit card number and expiring date. Your data will be sent directly to PBS for certification. An approval with a unique number will be sent to us, so that we can cash your payment upon delivery of your purchase.
We will e-mail an order confirmation to you. On larger purchases we will ask you to re-confirm the order by returning our e-mail. On large purchases, e.g. company gifts, we will send the order confirmation by fax, delivery will be arranged by phone.

Return of goods:
If you wish to return an item, please use the above address. The item must be properly wrapped.
Our terms for returning goods:
The item must be unused and the packaging must be intact.
Return must take place within 14 days of receipt.
Postage/freight involved in the return is paid by the customer. The customer must accept that any dispute shall be settled as proper venue in the court of Elsinore Denmark.
The amount due to you will be paid upon receipt of the returned goods.
Right to complain
2webstore.com allow you 2 years right to complaint that secure fabrication failure etc. Right to complaint be repealed if the defect is cased of that the buyer has undertaken / interfere or tried non-authorized repair. Invoice copy most be enclosed with at description of the defect. In case of failure on product / items 2webstore.com will forward the product postage free.
We will repair / exchange the product within a period of 3 – 5 working days.
