Handmade felt is one of the oldest know forms of textile production.
Wool, when used to make felt has the inherent ability to be transformed in a multitude of ways.
Under the influence of steam and physical manipulation the wool fibre is not only able to felt
with itself, but is also able to combine with other non felting material such as silk, cotton and
flax. A simple technique with a great varity of expression and combinations.
